3rd Week 1. Health vs disease

4. Essential substances

5. Minerals: Itemized discussion,unique roles of the essential substances in the biochemical reactions in the body

4th Week 1. Essential fatty acids

2. Essential amino acids

6th Week 1. Common harmful factors for health agricultural chemicals, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, dried fish, tobacco, alcoholic drink, food additives, reactive oxygen system, low density lipoprotein

2. Some diseases taken from the foodstuff written above arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction, encephalalgia, atopy, osteoporosis, cataract, arthritis, rheumatism, stomach ulcer, colitis,dermatitis, alopecia, sterility, colorectal cancer

4. Information system in human body: Genesis of “individual” through the networking of nerve system

7th Week 1. Communication system to unify individual cells to an integrated organism: Endocrine system -> non-medullated nerve -> medullated nerve
